Behavioral testing

We have behavioral setups for force perception and tickling experiments. We have further access to kinematic and electromyographic recording devices.

functional magnetic resonance imaging

We have access to one 3T Siemens Prisma scanner at Karolinska Hospital's Huddinge MR-Centre and one 3T Discovery MR750 GE Scanner at the hospital's Solna MR-Centre. For fMRI experiments on force perception, we have an MR-compatible force setup.

electro/magnetoencephalography (EEG/MEG)

We have access to a state-of-the-art 306-channel system for MEG measurements (Elekta Neuromag TRIUX) with an integrated 128-channel EEG system (Elekta), located inside a 2-layer magnetically shielded room (Vacuumschmelze GmbH), and related amplifiers and acquisition systems. transcranial magnetic stimulation

 We have access to a state-of-the-art transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) lab with neuronavigation (Magstim) software, in collaboration with Ehrsson group.
