Tinca siebum
Short Bio. Tinca obtained a bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Utrecht. Following her bachelor's degree, she completed a master's degree in Neuropsychology at the University of Utrecht. During her master's, she completed a research internship exploring how individuals with Multiple Sclerosis experience touch and pain. She is interested in researching somatosensation and how it works in neurological disorders.
Research. Tinca joined the Somatosensation and Gargalesis Lab as a Research Assistant in February 2026 to support an fMRI study on ticklishness perception and a study on self-tickle perception in cerebellar ataxia patients.
