ZILIANG XIONG (MSc)
Short Bio. Ziliang obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Literature and Applied Psychology at Tianjin Normal University (China) and his Master’s degree in Psychological Studies at University of Glasgow (UK). He did another Master’s programme in Neuroscience and Cognition at Utrecht University (The Netherlands) and he joined the lab at Karolinska Institute in January 2022 to conduct his research internship. In 2024 he started as a PhD student in the lab at Donders Institute.
Research. Ziliang’s PhD project aims to reveal what makes touch ticklish using behavioral and neuroimaging methods.
